David B.Leach, MD, FACS

Education/Training
Dr. Leach graduated with honors from Medical School at the University of Kentucky and went on to complete a rigorous and highly specialized training in ophthalmology. He began performing LASIK in 1999 and quickly distinguished himself as a regional leader in both laser vision correction and cataract/lens implant surgery. His integrity and remarkable surgical skills combined with an uncommon sense of personal warmth and caring are just a few of the reasons why Dr. Leach is beloved and trusted by his patients for their successful laser vision correction.

Memberships/Affiliations
Dr. Leach is a board-certified eye surgeon with the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is licensed in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon and is a member of both the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Idaho Medical Association.

Honors/Accomplishments
Dr. Leach is a respected member of the network of TLC LASIK surgeons, distinguished by their surgical innovations and refractive expertise throughout the country. He is a Clinical Instructor with the University of Washington's Department of Ophthalmology and regularly enjoys volunteering his time teaching medical students.
