Larry Womack, MD

Dr.Womack, Medical Director for TLC Laser Eye Centers® Fargo, is the only refractive surgeon in North Dakota devoted exclusively to performing LASIK surgery. He has performed over 30,000 LASIK procedures making him the region’s most experienced LASIK surgeon. He is experienced in a variety of refractive procedures including RK, ALK, INTACS, LASIK, LASEK and PRK. He is certified on several laser platforms including the Visx Wavescan, Ladarvision, Nidek and Wavelight Allegretto platforms. TLC Laser Eye Centers Fargo currently utilizes the Wavelight Eye Q laser platform, which performs both wavefront guided and wavefront-optimized options. He is also certified on several microkeratomes for flaps created with blades, but currently performs most LASIK cases using the bladeless Intralase Femtosecond laser.

Education/Training
Dr.Womack attended medical school at the University of North Dakota and the University of Alabama, where he graduated in 1976. After serving three years in the Indian Health Service, Dr.Womack completed his postgraduate training in Ophthalmology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Honors/Accomplishments
Dr.Womack has been recognized as one of the Top 5 LaserVision surgeons in the U.S. since 1998. He is also a certified LaserVision premier Gold Surgeon, helping to ensure his patients achieve the best possible LASIK outcomes.

Memberships/Affiliations
Dr.Womack is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is also certified in LASIK by the American College of Eye Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the International Society of Refractive Surgery of the American Academy of Ophthalmolgy.

Mason Wilner, O.D.

Dr.Wilner, Clinical Director for TLC Laser Eye Centers Fargo,is dedicated to the management and treatment of refractive surgery patients.

Education/Training
Dr.Wilner attended optometry school at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, where he graduated with distinction. Prior to joining the team at TLC Fargo in 2008, he completed rotations at the Portland VAMC, Chemawa Indian Health Service, and locally at Eyecare Associates. Dr.Wilner also completed a mini fellowship in LASIK under the guidance of Dr. John Lehr at the TLC center in Chicago, IL.

Honors/Accomplishments
Dr Wilner was awarded BSK's 2008 Honor for Outstanding Research. He is focused on providing patients with the best quality care available, latest technology and a positive experience.

Memberships/Affiliations
Dr.Wilner is a member of the American Optometric Association, and is a member of the North Dakota Optometric Association.
