TLC Billings Doctors

Dr. Amanda Haber completed her Doctor of Optometry degree, with honors, at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. While in school, she completed rotations in refractive surgery, ocular disease, and binocular vision. After graduation, she returned to Montana, working for Indian Health Service where she provided full scope optometric care with an emphasis in ocular disease. She served as Chief of Optometry for 2 years and attended bi-monthly medical staff meetings and department head meetings. She has completed Advanced Clinical Training with TLC in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Boes received his Biology degree at Creighton University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He received
his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center graduating with highest honors. Dr. Boes
completed an Internal Medicine internship and Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Washington in Seattle.
He finished his medical training in 1994 with a Fellowship in Glaucoma at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
