Dr. Eippert graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kent State University in 1988 and received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in 1992. He completed his medical internship and ophthalmology residency at Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio. He then performed a glaucoma fellowship at the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Eippert is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Jeffrey Genos is originally from Warren, Ohio, he received his doctor of optometry degree from Ohio State University in 1990. Dr. Genos is a member of the American Optometric Association and Optometric Refractive Surgery Society. Dr. Genos served as an optometrist for Primary Eyecare, Inc. in 1990 through 1997, taking a one-year fellowship in 1994. His fellowship consisted of disease evaluation and postoperative care of refractive and cataract surgeries.
