Southern State Parkway to Meadowbrook Parkway North. Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M2W (Shopping Mall). Into shopping mall and bear right onto outer roadway. Belt Parkway East to Southern State East to Meadowbrook Parkway North. Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M2W (Shopping Mall). Into shopping mall and bear right onto outer roadway.

From Northern Staten Island
Verrazano Bridge to Belt Parkway East (toward Kennedy Airport) to Southern State East to Meadowbrook North. Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M2W (Shopping Mall). Into shopping mall and bear right onto outer roadway. Once you enter the Roosevelt Field Shopping Mall, remain in the right lane and follow the road past Akbar and the Girl Scout Building. You will see the entrance to Garden City Plaza on your right. There will be a sign that says "100, 200, 300, 400 Garden City Plaza." TLC is building #200. We have our own private entrance in the corner of the building (DO NOT ENTER THE MAIN LOBBY). There are TLC signs in the window.
