Dr. Speaker is the Medical Director for TLC Manhattan and is widely recognized as one of the leading laser vision correction surgeons in the country. As one of the first surgeons in the region to become involved with laser vision correction, he has performed over 45,000 LASIK and PRK procedures as well as other refractive surgeries, lens implants and corneal transplants. Dr. Speaker's expertise is frequently sought by patients in demanding professions, including pilots, athletes, doctors and law enforcement officers because of his longstanding commitment to excellence and superior results.

As Medical Director of TLC North Jersey, Dr. Fox continues to stand apart as one of the most accomplished corneal and refractive surgeons in the Greater Metropolitan area. He has performed over 20,000 refractive surgical procedures since 1996 and continues to excel as a leader and authority in the field as a clinician, teacher and patient advocate.

Dr. Siegel has served as Clinical Director since January 2005. He graduated from SUNY College of Optometry in 1996 and has devoted his career exclusively to laser vision correction. He has accumulated 10 years of experience and has seen the refractive surgery improvements and changes that have occurred throughout its history.
