Dr. Speaker graduated from Brown University and received his medical and doctorate degrees from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he graduated from the National Institute of Health Medical Scientist Training Program, and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the National Medical Honor Society. After an internship in Surgery at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, he completed his ophthalmology residency at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, where he was appointed Chief Resident.

Dr. Fox was a Merit Society Scholar and Honors graduate of Colgate University. He received his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Following a residency in Ophthalmology at Boston University Medical Center, Dr. Fox completed his training with a fellowship in Corneal and Refractive surgery at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American College of Surgeons and the New York Academy of Medicine.

Dr. Siegel has served as Clinical Director since January 2005. He graduated from SUNY College of Optometry in 1996 and has devoted his career exclusively to laser vision correction. He has accumulated 10 years of experience and has seen the refractive surgery improvements and changes that have occurred throughout its history.
