TLC New Jersey Doctors

Dr. Stephenson received his Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University, graduating with honors. He went on to get his Masters in Neurophysiology. He obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1988. Dr. Stephenson is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserves and has been a TLC affiliate for the past 15 years. Dr. Stephenson is a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. He also had LASIK at TLC North Jersey in 2006.

As Medical Director of TLC North Jersey, Dr. Fox continues to stand apart as one of the most accomplished corneal and refractive surgeons in the Greater Metropolitan area. He has performed over 20,000 refractive surgical procedures since 1996 and continues to excel as a leader and authority in the field as a clinician, teacher and patient advocate.

Education

Dr. Chin, a native of New Jersey, joined Westwood Ophthalmology Associates in 1995. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the New Jersey Medical School, he completed his training at New York University (where he currently teaches).
