• From Spartanburg/Anderson

  • Take I-85 toward Greenville, then take Exit 51 (I-385 North).
  • Exit at Roper Mountain Road (Exit 37) and turn right.
  • At the first light, turn left onto Frontage Road and go approximately one mile.
  • Turn right into Patewood Office Park. TLC is located in the building with the Mustang & RMT sign.
  • TLC is located in the first building on the left underneath the Mustang sign, we are located on the first floor and have our own entrance.
     

• From Columbia

  • Take I-26 West.
  • Follow I-385 to Greenville
  • Exit at Roper Mountain Rd (Exit 37 turn Right)
  • At the first light, turn left onto Frontage Road and go approximately one mile.
  • Continue past the ECPI College of Technology.
  • Patewood Office Park will be the first right past International Drive.
  • Turn right into Patewood Office Park.
  • TLC is located in the first building on the left underneath the Mustang sign. We are located on the first floor and we have our own entrance.
     

• From Asheville

  • Take I-26 East then Highway 25 South.
  • North of Greenville, take Highway 276 East.
  • At the first intersection, turn left onto Highway 291 and follow it into town.
  • Take I-385 South to Roper Mountain Road (Exit 37) and turn left.
  • At the second light, turn left onto Frontage Road.
  • Continue past the ECPI College of Technology. Patewood Office Park will be the first right past International Drive.
  • Turn right into Patewood Office Park.
  • TLC is located in the first building on the left underneath the Mustang sign. We are located on the first floor
