  • Take I-279 North to I-79 North to Exit 73 (Wexford).
  • Turn left onto Route 910.
  • At second traffic light, turn left onto Nicholson Road.
  • Turn left onto Carmody Court. Enter Blaymore Building I at the front entrance.
  • TLC Laser Eye Centers is in Suite 101.
     

• From Points East

  • Take the PA Turnpike (I-76) to Exit 28 (Cranberry)
  • Follow signs for I-79 South to Pittsburgh and take Exit 73 (Wexford)
  • Turn right onto Route 910
  • Turn left onto Nicholson Road
  • Turn left onto Carmody Court
  • Enter Blaymore Building I at the front entrance
     

• From Erie and Points North

  • Take I-79 south towards Pittsburgh to Exit 73 (Wexford).
  • Turn right onto Route 910 and follow to the first traffic light.
  • At traffic light, turn left onto Nicholson Road.
  • Turn left onto Carmody Court. Enter Blaymore Building I at the front entrance.
  • TLC Laser Eye Centers is in Suite 101.
     

• From Points West

  • Take US 22E/US 30E towards Pittsburgh.
  • US 22E/US30E becomes PA-60S/Steubenville Pike.
  • Follow Steubenville Pike for approximately 3.3 miles.
  • Turn Left onto I 79 North towards Erie and take exit 73 (Wexford).
  • Turn left onto Route 910.
  • At second traffic light, turn left onto Nicholson road.
  • Turn left onto Carmody Court.
  • Enter Blaymore Building I at the front entrance.
