Dr. Mark E. Whitten is the Regional Medical Director for the Metro Area and Richmond, VA. He is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has performed more than 85,000 LASIK procedures. Dr. Whitten's skill in refractive surgery has won him the respect of his patients and colleagues. His expertise is frequently sought by the medical profession for their own vision correction needs and those in their families. Dr. Whitten has practiced ophthalmology in Washington, D.C. for more than a decade.

Dr. Holzman graduated in 1983 with honors from Emory University. He received his medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine and completed his Ophthalmology residency at George Washington University. Dr. Holzman's refractive and corneal transplantation skills were further refined at the University of Pittsburgh Eye and Ear Institute, where he completed a Corneal Surgery Fellowship.

Dr. Morgenstern earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University and his Doctoral degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Miami, Florida. While at NSU, he was selected to do his fourth year externship at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and upon completion, he was chosen to assist in the development of their refractive surgery clinic.
