Directions

• If coming from I-81, take I-26 East to Johnson City and follow below directions.
• Take I-26 to exit 19-State of Franklin Road.
• If traveling east-bound on I-26 (coming from the direction of Kingsport and I-81), then turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp.
• If traveling west-bound on I-26 (coming from the direction of Asheville), then turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Proceed onto State of Franklin Road.
• Turn right at the next light onto West Oakland Avenue. You will see Barnes & Noble on your right. Go straight through the next traffic light. Drive less than 1/4 of a mile, then take first left into North Point Professional Park. We are in the 1 level medical complex. Our office is located right next door to First Assist Urgent Care.
