Dr. Andrew Holzman is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and a Corneal Surgery specialist. He performs surgery and patient evaluations at TLC Laser Eye Centers in Charlottesville, Rockville and Tysons Corner. Prior to joining TLC, he was the Medical Director of Millenium Laser Eye Center. He has performed more than 50,000 procedures and has been named a "Star Surgeon" by VISX for his performance as a refractive surgeon.

Dr. Mark E. Whitten is the Regional Medical Director for the Metro Area and Richmond, VA. He is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has performed more than 85,000 LASIK procedures.
