 | Dr. Jellie is a cum laude graduate of the University of Western Ontario, 1980. He interned at the University of Toronto and completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Western Ontario. He holds a Fellowship in Corneal and Anterior Segment Surgery from Duke University in North Carolina. Dr.Jellie has an ophthalmic practice in Kitchener-Waterloo and he has been performing corneal and refractive surgical procedures since 1986. In addition,Dr.Jellie performs Implantable Contact Lenses and has been doing LASIK since 1999.  | Dr. Lisa Willms is Clinical Director at TLC Laser Eye Centers at the University of Waterloo's School of Optometry, in Waterloo, Ontario. Dr. Willms graduated from the University of Waterloo's School of Optometry in 1989. After graduation she worked as an associate in private practices in both Toronto and Waterloo. In 1997, she began working with surgeons Dr. Jeffery Machat and Dr. Louis Probst at TLC Laser Eye Centers in Windsor, Ontario.
