Dr. Abramson has performed over 40,000 LASIK procedures and is recognized as one of the leading refractive surgeons in the metropolitan area. Dr. Abramson has been performing laser vision correction for over sixteen years and was one of the first doctors to use the excimer laser. Because of her extensive experience and her outstanding results, Dr. Abramson treats patients on referral from over 250 referring doctors, and is one of the most experienced surgeons in the New York Metropolitan area with the 60kHz Intralase.

Dr. Fikaris received her undergraduate degree at Rutgers College in Biological Sciences and Exercise Science and completed her doctorate at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease.

Dr. Pisacano has been affiliated with TLC White Plains since 1996 and serves as Chief of the Cataract III Clinic at Manhattan Eye and Ear Hospital. He has been Director of numerous phacoemulsification courses and clinical research, having authored papers both nationally and internationally

Dr. David Liebergall has been committed to providing quality, state of the art vision care since joining his father in practice over 15 years ago. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Liebergall completed his ophthalmology training at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is currently the Chief of Ophthalmology at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, NY. Dr. Liebergall has been performing laser vision correction at TLC White Plains since 2000.

Dr. Zaidman graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He did his ophthalmology residency at Lenox Hill Hospital and his Cornea Fellowship at the Eye & Ear Hospital, University of Pittsburgh with Dr. Stuart Brown and Dr. Bartly Mondino. After that he was Professor of Ophthalmology and Co-Director of the Cornea Service at the Medical College of Virginia affiliated hospitals, Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Zaidman has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles and has presented at numerous meetings on issues pertaining to cornea/external diseases, keratorefractive surgery, and pediatric corneal diseases.

Board certified in ophthalmology, Dr. Cohen graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 1980. After serving his internship at Beth Israel Hospital, he completed his residency at NYU Medical Center. Dr. Cohen practices at the Mt. Kisco medical group as well as serving as clinical assistant professor of ophthalmology at NYU School of Medicine. Dr. Cohen has been performing PRK and LASIK procedures at TLC White Plains since the procedures were approved in 1995.

Dr. Berger graduated cum laude from Columbia University and Rush Medical College before completing his ophthalmology training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/ Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx where he served as chief resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and completed his fellowship training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery with Dr. Eric Donnenfeld and Dr. Henry Perry in New York. Dr. Berger has authored multiple scientific papers and presentations and serves as a reviewer for the journal Cornea. Dr. Berger is certified in the Intralase laser and performs bladeless LASIK and PRK procedures.
