Carol Felestian

Education

She received her Doctor of Optometry Degree with honors from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2006, and graduated Magna Cum Laude at the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Her clinical and classroom work yielded academic achievement awards and membership into the Beta Sigma Honor Society. She completed clinical rotations during her fourth year at top ranked institutions such as Cedars Sinai Medical Center, West Los Angeles Veteran's Hospital and the Center for the Partially Sighted.

History

Dr. Felestian provided comprehensive examinations and vision therapy before specializing in refractive surgery. She has managed numerous pre and post-operative cases and is excited to be part of the TLC family. Her past experience as a former Lasik patient drove her dedication to providing quality patient care with an emphasis on patient education. Dr. Felestian is committed to developing and maintaining a network of affiliated optometrists in the Southern California area, who provide pre and post-operative care to patients undergoing refractive surgery.

In addition to English, Dr. Felestian speaks Farsi and Spanish. She resides in West Los Angeles with her husband Bob.
