Hugh Jellie

Education

Dr. Jellie is a cum laude graduate of the University of Western Ontario, 1980. He interned at the University of Toronto and completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Western Ontario. He holds a Fellowship in Corneal and Anterior Segment Surgery from Duke University in North Carolina. Dr.Jellie has an ophthalmic practice in Kitchener-Waterloo and he has been performing corneal and refractive surgical procedures since 1986. In addition,Dr.Jellie performs Implantable Contact Lenses and has been doing LASIK since 1999. Dr.Jellie had the LASIK procedure to correct his astigmatism and nearsightedness at TLC Waterloo in July,1999.

Memberships

Dr.Jellie is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr.Jellie is a member of various medical societies,including the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Castroviejo Corneal Society and Alpha Omega Alpha.
