Phil Lo

Dr. Lo, Clinical Director for TLC of Greater Seattle, has been managing preoperative evaluation and post-operative care of refractive surgery patients since 2002. He is a highly experienced and respected optometrist who is recognized by his patients and peers for his personal care. Dr. Lo’s passion is to provide the finest quality medical care to each individual patient.

Education/Training

Dr. Lo received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California Los Angeles. He attended Illinois College of Optometry, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science for Vision Science and with honors a Doctorate of Optometry.

Memberships/Affiliations

Dr. Lo is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Optometric Physicians of Washington, and King County Optometric Society, where he served as the past president. He is also a member of the Optometric Council on Refractive Technology. He shares his knowledge in the management of refractive surgery patients with his peers and is a lecturer in the topic of refractive surgery. Dr. Lo resides in Seattle with his wife and two toddlers.
