Shilpa Patil

Education

Dr. Patil received her Doctor of Optometry degree with honours from the University of Waterloo in 2004, where she also earned an honours Bachelors of Science degree in biology. Her optometric education was enhanced by having the opportunity to organize several eye care missions to Nepal, India and Jamaica. After graduation Dr. Patil gained extensive clinical experience by training alongside several renowned ophthalmologists and by working as a primary care optometrist.

Memberships/ Accomplishments 

Dr. Patil is a member of the CAO (Canadian Association of Optometrists) and the OAO (Ontario Association of Optometrists) and is also currently working in a full scope private practice in London. Dr. Patil understands the importance of providing quality patient care, with an emphasis on patient education. When she is not in the office, Dr. Patil enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her growing family.
