LASIK surgeon, Dr. Dan Langley of TLC Laser Eye Centers – Tulsa, is an internationally recognized Board Certified Ophthalmology Fellow. He has extensive laser vision correction experience on multiple laser platforms and specializes in Bladeless LASIK. He is also uniquely trained in surgical treatments for glaucoma, keratoconus, and presbyopia.
Education/Training
Dr. Langley received his medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery and then completed his ophthalmology training in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During his residency Dr. Langley earned awards for excellence in refractive and cataract surgery from Triad Eye Laser Center and Oklahoma State University’s Department of Surgery.
Memberships/Affiliations
Previously he was Assistant Professor of Surgery and Clinical Director for the Department of Ophthalmology for the OSU Medical Center where he trained ophthalmology residents.
Accomplishments
Dr. Langley received the Lifelong Education award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology. In addition, he received a Physician’s Recognition Award from the American Medical Association. Dr. Langley has been named Best of the Best in Ophthalmology for the last three years, and has been one of the Top 40 professionals under 40 for Oklahoma Magazine and Tulsa Business Journal.
