Dr. Ceara Steiner, Clinical Director of TLC Billings, specializes in the evaluation and management of laser vision correction surgery patients. She enjoys working with her patients to help them achieve better vision, resulting in better quality of life.
A native of North Dakota, Dr. Steiner received an athletic/academic scholarship to University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. After completing three years at University of Mary, she applied for early admission to Pacific University College of Optometry and was accepted. Completing clinical rotations in the specialty areas of pediatric strabismus, vision therapy, ocular disease, and refractive surgery (LASIK, PRK, ICL’s), Dr. Steiner received her Visual Science and Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Steiner has completed Optometric Advanced Clinical Training with TLC Laser Eye Center in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition to her work at TLC Billings, Dr. Steiner also practices at a primary care private practice in Billings, Montana.
Dr. Steiner is a member of the American Academy of Optometry (AAO) and the Montana Optometric Association (MOA).
Dr. Steiner and her husband Joseph, who is also an optometrist, moved to Billings after graduation in order to be closer to family. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and participating in sports, with her favorites being golfing, basketball, softball, and running.
