Dr. Elizabeth Dang
In her last year of college, Dr. Elizabeth Dang, OD, volunteered at the Jules Stein mobile eye clinic which sparked her interest in eye care. From there she worked as a camp counselor at a summer camp for children who were blind or visually impaired. She pursued a career in optometry, graduating from the Southern College of Optometry in 2018. After which she completed a residency in primary care and ocular disease at Sepulveda’s Veteran’s Affairs hospital. She has been working at Kaiser in Los Angeles, California for the past 2 years and is looking forward to her new venture into refractive surgery in St. Louis, Missouri!
Dr. Dang grew up in Orange County, California and attended college at UCLA–Go Bruins! She has never lived outside southern California and is excited to finally experience true seasons living in the Midwest. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling. Some of her highlights include: hiking 5 days to Machu Picchu, doing an optometry clinical rotation in Tokyo, Japan for 3 months, and going skydiving and bungee jumping in New Zealand! She loves learning about different foods and trying out new recipes.
