Dr. Carmen Huang has been practicing in Boston since graduating from Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry in 2021. In her training, she honed her disease management skills at the Oklahoma Chickasaw IHS then developed a passion for LASIK and cataract care at Southwest Eye Institute. She provided corneal care, fitting patients in scleral/hybrid contact lenses, and accessed vision therapy at a specialty private practice, before spending two years providing comprehensive eye care in South Shore while obtaining certification and experience in myopia management and orthokeratology. She joined TLC in 2023 to continue her love of corneal care.
Dr. Huang is a creative at heart who loves to spend her free time working on embroidery, cross stitching, and painting. She enjoys reading mystery novels, indulging in the art of making a good cup of tea and coffee, cooking, and board game nights with friends.
